Located at number 14 on Carrer de la Fàbrica, one of those picturesque streets with which Palma de Mallorca surprises the traveller from time to time – pedestrianised, with low houses on either side, and full of restaurants of all kinds – this business is firmly committed to tequilas, mezcals, raicillas and many classic cocktails with a slight twist. To do this, they have managed to create their own versions. For example, turning the popular New York sour – a modern classic that evolves a whiskey sour with a colorful top of red wine – into a cocktail with Mallorcan wine and tequila, or appropriating best sellers such as a Paloma – a tropical version of their gin and tonic, with tequila, grapefruit soda and lemon – of which they offer up to six different versions.
