Founded by Greg Schuler and Agata Mikulska, Cafè Mistral’s guiding goal is simple: to make Mallorca as famous for its coffee as it is for its beaches. It’s a lofty ambition but one that Schuler and Mikulska have been successful in achieving. Awarded the Specialty Coffee Roaster of Mallorca and three-time Specialty Coffee Association Award winners, Cafè Mistral’s coffee is island-renowned, with beans sourced from Rwanda, Columbia, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Guatemala.
