Es Baluard Museum is the largest art space in the Balearic Islands. The collections featured include over 780 works dating from the late 19th century to the present day. Heritage responsibility is one of the institution’s main values as the museum is located on the perimeter of the bastion of Sant Pere—part of the Renaissance walled enclosure that surrounded Palma until the early 20th century. Inside the ancient, architectural walls you’ll find an array of exhibitions, art education centres and collections to peruse.
