Forn Mistral has more than 100 years of history, first opening its doors to Barcelonans in 1879. The Bertran family took over in 1977 where, for 5 generations, the family has dedicated their professional lives to continuing the tradition of the best Catalan bread ovens, contributing their knowledge, their commitment to innovation and, above all, their vocation for breadmaking. It’s considered by many to be the best bread in Barcelona.
