After studying and working in different cities, in 2015, Lluís Pérez returned to his homeland and opened Lluís Pérez Pastisseria, a pastry shop located in the heart of Palma’s old town, at number 14 Bonaire street, where he makes his own quality products every day with local and seasonal products. This enterprising pastry chef feels closely linked to the island: “The idea was to create a concept and a brand that encompasses everything. I am Mallorcan and my main inspiration is Mallorca”, he explains. He demonstrates this in his creations, as with the trampó croissant, one of his star innovations. In 2016, Lluís Pérez was named Caterer of the Year at the “Premis Gastronòmics de Balears de l’Associació de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastronòmics de les Illes Balears.”
