A chef from Trás-os-Montes, a Lisbon space lined with greenery with a terrace facing the city and doors open to everyone (dogs included), a stone bar where cocktails are served at (almost) every hour of every day, and a menu where vegetables are the highlight but with our roots well imprinted, designed to best accompany, day and night, on the plate, what goes inside the glasses. Uniting each of these parts is what is the root of Planto: the product of excellence, predominantly national and mostly – but not exclusively – vegetable.
