Dating back to the mid-14th century, the San Salvador Monastery is a hilltop church with stunning views. Built during the era of the Black Death, it was believed that high altitude would keep illness at bay. This is why the winding road leads you to a glorious lookout that’s 509 metres above sea level. Take a hike to the top of this former monastery, wander around the ancient church and enjoy the panoramic views over the municipality of Felanitx.
