As the sun sets, the ambiance shifts, introducing patrons to a menu of Mediterranean-inspired small plates crafted by chef Harry Farrow. Dishes such as burrata paired with ripe white peaches, basil, and pine nuts, or the rich dark chocolate mousse drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt, showcase a commitment to fresh, flavourful ingredients.

Sol’s operates on a walk-in basis, welcoming guests from Tuesday to Thursday between 4 pm and 11 pm, Friday and Saturday from 9 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm.
